WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT:
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details shortly.
  • We will also call to confirm details of your appointment 24-48 hours in advance.
  • On the day of your appointment, our luggers will give you a call to let you know when they are 15-30 minutes away.
  • Our friendly, uniformed luggers will arrive on time and will provide a written estimate for your approval. Once approved they'll get right to work, removing your items and sorting them for donations, recycling, and disposal.
  • We collect payment in the form of check or credit card at the time of service.
  • If we are able to donate any items on your behalf, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt within 14 business days.
  • NOTE: All items must be placed together and curbside before 8:00 am on your scheduled pickup day. We are not able to take hazardous materials. Credit card must be on file if you are not onsite at the time of pickup.
